Holding(s) in Company - correction
On 20 October 2025, the Company announced that it had been notified that the
percentage of voting rights attached to shares held by Artemis Investment
Management LLP had reduced below the 11% notifiable threshold, to 10.997724%
(RNS no. 0826E). Prior to this, the Company should also have announced that it
was notified on 13 October 2025 that the percentage of voting rights attached
to shares held by Artemis Investment Management LLP had increased above the
11% notifiable threshold, to 11.013693%.
Both relevant notifications are provided in full below in accordance with the
requirements of DTR 5.8.12.
