TRANSACTIONS IN OWN SECURITIES

 

 

 

Dr. Martens plc ("Dr. Martens") announces today that it has purchased the
following number of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each on the London Stock
Exchange and Multilateral Trading Facilities from Morgan Stanley & Co.
International plc ("Morgan Stanley"). Such purchase forms part of the
Company's existing share buyback programme and was effected pursuant to the
instructions issued by the Company on 1 June 2023, as announced on 14 July
2023:

 

 

Ordinary Shares

 

 Date of purchase:                                       11 December 2023
 Number of ordinary shares purchased:                    1,137,080
 Highest price paid per share:                           93.20p
 Lowest price paid per share:                            90.70p
 Volume weighted average price paid per share:           92.17p

 

 

Dr. Martens intends to cancel the purchased shares.
