BERLIN/FRANKFURT, July 28 (Reuters) - The following are some
of the factors that may move German stocks on Thursday:
    
    UKRAINE
    Russian forces took over Ukraine's second-biggest power
plant and are conducting a "massive redeployment" of troops to
three southern regions, a Ukrainian presidential adviser said,

    Volkswagen is looking to sell its car assembly plant in the
Russian city of Kaluga and a Kazakh auto maker could be a

    Siemens Energy on Wednesday said it had not received any
damage reports regarding the turbines of Nord Stream 1 gas

    The German brakes maker on Wednesday cut its 2022 guidance
