    * Unit entered into a share subscription agreement with 
Zhuhai Yinlong Energy Co and Sputnik Energy Limited 
    * Pursuant to YLE share subscription deal, investor agreed 
to subscribe for 940,000 new ordinary shares in eocell for US$20
