The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include DTB Limited, which is engaged in investment holding; Dragon Equipment & Materials Technology Ltd, which is engaged in the sale, distribution, and acting as a commission agent in equipment, materials and electronic components, and Nanjing DTB Development Co., Ltd, which is engaged in the construction of antique wooden sea boats, communication of culture, exhibitions, and conferences.
