 DFLI.O  down 48.8% at $1.43, a record low for DFLI
    ** Co announces pricing of its underwritten public offering
of 10 mln shares of common stock and warrants at price of
$2/share
    ** Purchase price is at 28.3% discount over DFLI's last
close
    ** Aggregate gross proceeds amount to $20 mln
    ** DFLI intends to use the net proceeds for working capital
and general corporate purposes
    ** Stock has fallen 87.9% YTD, including session's loss
