    ** DFLI expects Q1 2023 net loss to be between $10.5 mln and
$11.5 mln; analysts estimated loss of $3.6 mln, according to
Refinitiv data
    ** Co's Q4 net loss widened to $11.7 mln vs loss of $80,000
a year ago, hurt by higher operating expenses
    ** Posts Q4 operating expenses of $12.5 mln vs $6.2 mln last
year
    ** Up to last close, shares down 62.7% YTD
