Dragonfly Energy to get US patent for lithium battery production, shares up

** Shares of battery technology company Dragonfly Energy
Holdings Corp  DFLI.O  rise 22% to $3.12 premarket
    ** Co says it will be granted a new U.S. patent for
production of conventional lithium-ion batteries and
nonflammable solid-state lithium batteries
    ** Patent is for the "preparation and powder film deposition
of pre-coated powders" - DFLI
    ** Adds patent addresses the feedstock material portion in
the production process 
    ** DFLI stock fell 17% on Wednesday after co announced
secondary stock offering of 8.62 mln shares
    ** Up to last close, stock had fallen 78.5% YTD
