** Drax <DRX.L> has agreed to buy Bluefield Solar Income Fund <BSIF.L> in a deal valuing the renewable energy-focused investment company at about £561 million ($755.3 million), the British power group said.

** BP <BP.L> said it agreed to sell 5% of its stake in the Browse liquefied natural gas project in Western Australia to South Korea's GS Energy.

** On-road load-handling equipment maker Hiab <HIAB.HE> has agreed to buy North American garbage truck manufacturer Labrie Environmental Group for about $1 billion, the Finnish company said.

** Berkshire Hathaway <BRKa.N> agreed on Sunday to buy Taylor Morrison Home Corp <TMHC.N> for $6.8 billion in cash, expanding the conglomerate's housing business.
