Sale of shares

Will Gardiner, Group CEO and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility,
has notified the Company that on 3 June he sold 150,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at an aggregate price of 660.0792 pence per share. Following the
transaction, Will Gardiner's total shareholding in the Company, including
those shares held by spouse, is 1,275,295 shares.
