Sale of shares

Anna Sheffield, a Person Closely Associated with Paul Sheffield, Chief
Commercial Officer and a PDMR, has notified the Company that on 3 March 2026
she sold in aggregate 3,072 ordinary shares in the Company for a weighted
average share price of 855.519 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction, Paul Sheffield's total shareholding in the Company,
including those shares held by spouse, is 83,594 shares.
