Brief: SkyOcean International enters into subscription agreement

Nov 5 (Reuters) - SkyOcean International Holdings Ltd  0593.HK : 
 * Says entered into the subscription agreement with the subscriber 
 * Net proceeds from the issue of the convertible bonds and the bonds are estimated to be of approximately hk$300 million 
 * Subscriber has conditionally agreed to subscribe bonds in the aggregate principal amount of RMB29.5 million 
 * Net proceeds to be used for merger and acquisitions by the company 
 * Says deal for hk$12.00 per conversion share
