March 22 (Reuters) - SkyOcean International Holdings Ltd  0593.HK : 
 * 1) positive profit alert; and (2) termination of connected transaction in 
relation to promotion services agreement  0593.HK  
 * Expected to record a profit attributable to the shareholders of approximately 
hk$550 million for the year ended 31 December 2015 
 * Expected profit is primarily due to significant gains on fair value change of 
the group's investment properties in Beijing
