 * Company and the purchaser, AP Elderly Care, entered into the agreement 
 * Purchaser has conditionally agreed to acquire the sale shares 
 * Co has conditionally agreed to sell the sale shares at the consideration of hk$20 million 
 * Company will record a gain from the disposal of approximately hk$12.3 million
