 * Net proceeds from issue of the second bonds are estimated to be approximately 
hk$400 million 
 * Second closing conditions precedent of subscription agreement have been 
fulfilled and second closing took place on 5 July 
 * Proceeds to be used for mergers and acquisitions by the co, in each case with 
such proceeds being used outside of the PRC
