On 14 July 2020, Nakilep Overseas Limited ("Nakilep"), beneficially owned by Mr. Roman Trotsenko, completed its acquisition from Geiser Asset Holdings Ltd ("Geiser"), beneficially owned by Mr. Siman Povarenkin, of all shares of GeoProMining Investment (CYP) Limited, held by Geiser, pursuant to the share purchase agreement entered into between Nakilep and Geiser in March 2020. As a result of this transaction, Nakilep became the controlling shareholder of GeoProMining Investment (CYP) Limited. Current management team of GeoProMining Group is expected to continue to lead the business following this transaction.
