** Shares of homebuilder company Beazer Homes USA BZH.N jump 25% to about $23.78 premarket

** Dream Finders Homes DFH.N has agreed to buy Beazer Homes in an all-cash transaction valued at about $704 million, at $25.75 per share

** The offer price represents a premium of 37.2% to Beazer Homes' last closing price on Friday, according to Reuters' calculation

** As of last close, BZH had fallen 7.4% and DFH down 16.3% YTD
