** The offer price represents a premium of 37.2% to Beazer Homes' last closing price on Friday, according to Reuters' calculations

** Shares of Dream Finders Homes down nearly 0.5% at $14.25

** Including session's moves, BZH up 20.4% and DFH down 16.6% YTD
