** Short-sellers betting against the sector are taking into
account soaring building costs, rising mortgage rates and a
tight housing supply, according to a research note written by

increased to $4.56 bln from $4.07 bln over the last 30 days
** Short-sellers in the sector have incurred losses of $1.31
bln this year, down 31.04% for the year; Over 10% of those
losses were incurred over the last 30 days
** Dream Finder Homes DFH.O is the only homebuilder stock
in short-squeeze territory
** DR Horton has risen 44.5% YTD; Lennar has risen 43.2% YTD
