** The defence tech company receives a notice from Australia's corporate regulator, requiring assistance in an investigation

** Regulator is investigating announcements and information provided by DroneShield to the Australian Securities Exchange between November 1 and November 20, 2025, as well as trading in the company's shares between November 6 and November 12

** Company says it was not clear what action, if any, may result from the probe
