** Co says CEO Oleg Vornik will step down, while Chairman Peter James will also retire

** DRO appoints Angus Bean as Managing Director and CEO, and Hamish McLennan as Independent Chairman-elect

** Stock currently down 11% at A$3.55, their lowest level since February 25

** DRO is the biggest percentage loser in the benchmark S&P ASX/200 index .AXJO

** Stock up 17.53% this year, including the day's move
