** Shares of Droneacharya Aerial  DRON.BO  up ~3%, set for
biggest one-day gain in a month
    ** Drone supplier to acquire 76% stake in Bengaluru-based
pilot training centre, Aerophile Academy
    ** Still, stock is down nearly 4% so far in Feb, poised for
its worst month since last July
    ** Stock down 4.5% YTD after a 40% jump in 2023
