Vimeo CEO to leave next month, shares down

** Shares of video-hosting platform Vimeo  VMEO.O  down 3.3%
at $3.89
    ** CEO Anjali Sud will leave the company next month to
pursue other opportunities, Vimeo said on Wednesday 
    ** Board member Adam Gross, a former Salesforce  CRM.N  and
Dropbox  DBX.O  executive, will take over as interim CEO,
effective Sept. 1     
    ** Vimeo also reaffirmed its outlook for Q2 and full-year
2023
    ** Stock up 17.5% YTD, as of last close
