    ** Security solutions provider late Tues says sold ~6.67 mln

    ** DSS has 3.37 mln shares of free float, per Refinitiv data
    ** Co to use net offering proceeds to help fund business
development, acquisition opportunities, and general corp
purposes
    ** Aegis Capital sole bookrunner
    ** DSS shares are down ~12% to start 2021, following ~31%
drop last year. Stock plunged ~59% in both 2019 and 2018
