 * Framework agreement in respect to proposed acquisition and connected 
   transaction  0620.HK  
 * Purchaser has agreed to acquire, 100% of equity interest of target co at 
   consideration of no more than RMB145 million 
 * DTXS Art & Cultural Cbd Co entered into the framework agreement with the Da 
   Tang Xi Shi investments 
 * Vendor will procure DTXS International to subscribe for new shares of the 
   company at the issue price of HK$3.20 per share
