 * Discloseable transaction in relation to the jewellery acquisition  0620.HK  
 * Consideration of the jewellery acquisition is hk$39.32 million 
 * Says CHKCAEE entered into the jewellery purchase agreement with the jewellery vendor 
 * Says CHKCAEE has conditionally agreed to acquire the jewellery collections  from the jewellery vendor 
 * Consideration for the purchase of the jewellery collections shall be satisfied in cash fully by chkcaee to the jewellery vendor at jewellery acquisition completion
