** Shares of industrial materials maker DuPont DD.N rise 4.6% to $49.26 in premarket trading

** DD forecasts full-year adjusted profit for 2026 to be between $2.25 and $2.30 per share vs analysts' average estimate of $2.17 per share - data compiled by LSEG

** DD beat Wall Street estimates for adjusted profit for the quarter ended December 31, helped by higher sales in its healthcare segment and by business restructuring

** On an adjusted basis, DD posts profit of 46 cents per share for the fourth-quarter vs analysts' estimate of 43 cents per share - data compiled by LSEG

** In 2025, DD shares were up 26%
