** Shares of chemicals and industrial solutions maker DuPont DD.N up 1.4% at $77.86 premarket

** Co recasts its prior outlook to reflect the planned spin-off of its electronics unit and the divestiture of its Aramids business

** Company cuts Q3 adj profit est. to $1.06 per share from prior view of $1.15 per share

** DD forecasts 2025 net sales of about $6.87 billion vs prior outlook of $12.85 billion

** As of last close, stock up ~1% YTD
