** Company says current Chief Financial Officer Derek Liu will retire from his position

** Company says he will continue to provide assistance in a consulting capacity during transition period

** SVM names Winnie Wang as interim CFO effective immediately

** Spot silver XAG= also up 0.6% to $51.51 per ounce

** As of last close, shares are up 124.3% YTD
