Germany reported 6,922 new infections and 54 more deaths on
Monday.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel said on Saturday she was
opposed to waiving patent protections for COVID-19 vaccines as
this could jeopardise the quality of shots against the disease.

The European Union signed a new contract with
Pfizer-Biontech PFE.N to receive 1.8 billion doses of COVID-19
vaccines for 2021-2023, to cover booster shots, donations and

PORSCHE plans to release an electric version of the Macan
