Sept 27 (Reuters) - China Environmental Energy Investment 
Ltd  0986.HK : 
    * Group disposed on-market of a total of 326 million CNCG 
shares in a series of transactions conducted between 22 sept 
2016 and 27 sept 2016 
    * Deal for aggregate gross sale proceeds of approximately 
hk$16.27 million 
    * As a result of disposal, group is expected to recognize a 
loss of approximately hk$14.13 million 
    * Disposed at price between hk$0.045 and hk$0.056 per cncg 
share 
    * Company intends to use proceeds of disposal as general 
working capital of company and/or for future investment 
opportunities for company
