Duke Capital Limited (AIM: DUKE), a leading provider of hybrid capital
solutions for SME business owners in Europe and North America, announces that
Charlie Cannon Brookes, Chief Investment Officer, purchased 811,779 ordinary
shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 27.07p
per share on 23 January 2026. Following this purchase, Mr Cannon Brookes,
together with his persons closely associated ("PCAs"), holds a total of
13,318,181 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 2.6% per
cent. of its issued share capital. This figure includes 5,818,181 Ordinary
Shares legally owned by Arlington Asset Management Limited, of which Mr Cannon
Brookes is a Director and shareholder.
