RNS Number : 3927A Duke Royalty Limited 02 February 2022

2 February 2022

Duke Royalty Limited

("Duke Royalty", "Duke" or the "Company")

Directorate Changes

Duke Royalty, a provider of alternative capital solutions to a diversified
range of profitable and long-established businesses in Europe and North
America, is pleased to announce that Maree Wilms will be joining the Board of
Duke as a Non-Executive Director. On completion of the necessary compliance
and regulatory approvals currently being undertaken by the Company's Nominated
Advisor, Maree is expected to formally join the Board later this month and a
further announcement will be made once the appointment is finalised.

Maree, a resident of Guernsey, brings extensive corporate governance, fund
management & structuring experience to the Group. She is co-founder and
CEO of Zeta Asset Management ICC Limited ("Zeta"), a Guernsey domiciled entity
specialising in the creation of regulated asset management companies in
Guernsey and fund structures across offshore jurisdictions. In addition to her
role at Zeta, Maree is COO of South Africa Alpha Capital Management Limited, a
fund advisory and structuring platform which has launched and advised more
than 60 funds. Maree commenced her career at Adelphi Capital Limited, where
she worked as a Hedge Fund Analyst for nine years.

The Company also announces that Mark LeTissier is stepping down as
Non-Executive Director. As European Regional Managing Director of Trident
Trust, Duke's administrator, this will allow a greater level of independence
on the Board. Mark steps down effective upon Maree's formal appointment to the
Board.

Nigel Birrell, Chairman of Duke Royalty, said:

"We are pleased to welcome Maree to the Board of Duke during this exciting
time in our development and look forward to benefitting from her extensive
experience in funds, structuring and governance. This appointment will bring a
greater level of independence and diversity for the Board, which will be
highly valuable as we focus on further scaling our portfolio and business to
benefit shareholders.

"I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mark for his five years of
service on the Board of Duke Royalty. He has played a fundamental role in
overseeing the Company's transition from a small business to a diversified
portfolio with 13 investee companies. His contribution has been invaluable and
we wish him all the best for the future."
