Notice of Results and Investor/Analyst Presentations

Duke Royalty (AIM: DUKE), a provider of alternative capital solutions to a
diversified range of profitable and long-established businesses in Europe and
North America, will announce its audited results for the 12 months ending 31
March 2022 ("FY22") on Thursday, 8 September 2022.

Analyst Presentation

There will be a webinar for equity analysts at 09:30 a.m. BST on the day of
results (Thursday, 8 September 2022), hosted by Neil Johnson, CEO, and Hugo
Evans, Finance Director. Any equity analysts wishing to attend should contact

Investor Presentation

Neil Johnson, CEO, and Hugo Evans, Finance Director, will also provide a live
