Notice of Results and Investor/Analyst Presentations

Duke Royalty (AIM: DUKE), a provider of alternative capital solutions to a
diversified range of profitable and long-established businesses in Europe and
North America, will announce its audited results for the 12 months ending 31
March 2023 ("FY23") on Tuesday 4 July 2023.

Analyst Presentation

There will be a webinar for equity analysts at 09:30 a.m. BST on the day of
results (Tuesday 4 July 2023), hosted by Neil Johnson, CEO, and Hugo Evans,
CFO. Any equity analysts wishing to attend should contact SEC Newgate at

further details will be provided.

 

Investor Presentation

Neil Johnson and Hugo Evans, will also provide a live investor presentation
relating the Full Year Results via the Investor Meet Company platform on
Thursday 13 July at 13:30 BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9 a.m. the
day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
