Result of General Meeting & Change of Name

 

 

The Company is pleased to announce that the resolution put to shareholders in
connection with the Company's name change to Duke Capital Limited was duly
passed by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held today.

 

Accordingly, an application has been made to the Registrar of Companies in
Guernsey ("RCG") to register this change of name. Such change will take effect
upon receipt of confirmation from RCG. A further announcement will be made
shortly upon receiving this confirmation, following which trading of the
Company's shares will trade on AIM under the new name.

 

The Company's TIDM (AIM: DUKE), ISIN (GG00BYZSSY63), SEDOL (BYZSSY6) and LEI
(213800GUTKPSJ39SER44) numbers will remain unchanged.

 

Shareholders should also note that their holdings of ordinary shares in the
Company will not be affected by the change of name.

 

The Company reminds shareholders that its new corporate website is
www.dukecapital.com (http://www.dukecapital.com) where all information
required under AIM Rule 26 is available.
