Duke Royalty Limited (AIM: DUKE), a provider of alternative capital solutions to a diversified range of profitable and long-established businesses in Europe and abroad, announces that Justin Cochrane has stepped down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company following his appointment as CEO of TSX-listed Conic Metals Corp.  Justin will continue to support the Company in his capacity as a member of Duke's Investment Committee.
 
Neil Johnson, CEO of Duke Royalty, said: "I would like to take this opportunity to thank Justin for his nearly five years of service on the Board of Duke Royalty, where he has made a significant impact in the formative years of the business.
