Duke Royalty Limited (AIM: DUKE), a provider of alternative capital solutions to a diversified range of profitable and long-established businesses in Europe and abroad, announces that Justin Cochrane has stepped down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company following his appointment as CEO of TSX-listed Conic Metals Corp.  Justin will continue to support the Company in his capacity as a member of Duke's Investment Committee.

 

Neil Johnson, CEO of Duke Royalty, said: "I would like to take this opportunity to thank Justin for his nearly five years of service on the Board of Duke Royalty, where he has made a significant impact in the formative years of the business. We will, however, continue to benefit from Justin's expertise as he will remain on our Investment Committee and we wish him all the best as he dedicates his time to his new role."
