Further to its announcement on 10 May 2022, and following admission of the
Placing Shares to trading on AIM this morning, the Company announces that the
following Directors and/or their persons closely associated ("PCAs") have
acquired Placing Shares at the Issue Price:

*Abinvest Corporation is a wholly owned subsidiary of Abingdon Capital
Corporation, which is controlled by Neil Johnson, Chief Executive Officer

**Arlington Partners Fund is owned by Arlington Group Asset Management
Limited, in which Charlie Cannon Brookes, Executive Director, has a 50 per
cent. interest.
