Interim Dividend and Dividend Declaration

 

Duke Royalty, a provider of alternative capital solutions to a diversified
range of profitable and long-established businesses in Europe and North
America, is pleased to announce that the Board has approved an interim
dividend of 0.70 pence (sterling) per share in respect of the first quarter of
Duke's financial year.

 

The ex-dividend date is 30 June 2022, the record date is 1 July 2022 and the
payment date is 12 July 2022.
