Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM

Dunelm Group plc (the "Company") announces that its Annual Report and Accounts
for the year ended 2 July 2022 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting
("Notice of AGM") have today been posted or otherwise made available to
shareholders. Copies of the following documents have been submitted to the
National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:
