NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS EXERCISING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS

 

Dunelm Group plc (the "Company") has been notified that on 5 December 2023,
Nick Wilkinson, Chief Executive Officer, exercised 88,477 nil cost options
over ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company. These options were
granted to him on 20 November 2020 under the terms of the Dunelm Group 2014
Long Term Incentive Plan. Mr Wilkinson has sold 41,710 ordinary shares at a
price of 1049p per share to fund the tax and national insurance due in
connection with this exercise.
