** Plans removing around £100 million ($135.36 million) of costs from the business by FY29 in new strategic overhaul
** Broker Peel Hunt says its has assumed a pause in special dividends for the first two years of the programme as Dunelm accelerates change
** Expects FY27 adjusted profit before tax to be broadly in line with FY26
** As of last close, DNLM fell about ~19% YTD
