Britain's Network Rail has chosen a group of companies that
includes CAF and its local partner AtkinsRealis for a railway
order with an investment budget of 4 billion pounds (around 4.7
billion euros), Spanish economic newspaper Expansion reported on
Thursday. The project is set to renew the country's entire rail
signalling and safety network over the next ten years.

The head of stock market regulator CNMV, Rodrigo
Buenaventura, said on Wednesday that the institution will not be
able to authorise the takeover bid for Talgo by Hungarian
consortium Ganz-Mavag until the government issues its own
approval, Spanish online news website El Confidencial reported
on Wednesday.
