ACCIONA ANA.MC Ifema Madrid and the consortium formed by Acciona (60%) and Eiffage FOUG.PA (40%) signed a contract to build Madrid's 111 million euro ($126.27 million) new Formula 1 circuit, Acciona said on Tuesday.
