July 14 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy: INDRA IDR.MC Indra is planning to buy 100% of engineering company Escribano Mechanical & Engineering (EM&E) through a capital increase, newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Saturday, citing unnamed sources close to the deal. IAG ICAG.L IAG's Spanish airline Iberia is aiming to increase in coming years its operating profits 40% to 1.4 billion euros a year, newspaper Expansion reported on Sunday, adding that the airline aims to achieve this by focusing on Latin America and increasing aircraft and engine handling and maintenance for third parties. NEINOR HOMES HOME.MC Neinor Homes said on Friday it had requested authorisation from the Spanish stock market supervisor CNMV for the acquisition of 100% of Aedas Homes AEDAS.MC shares. DURO FELGUERA MDF.MC Duro Felguera is in talks with Serveo for the sale of its industrial services and the transfer of about a dozen industrial services projects in Spain and Portugal, El Economista said on Monday, citing unnamed financial sources close to the deal.
