June 11 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy: INDITEX ITX.MC Zara owner Inditex missed expectations for its first-quarter sales on Wednesday, adding to doubts about the ability of the fast-fashion retailer to keep delivering strong sales growth in an uncertain economic environment. Inditex also reported a slower start to its summer sales, with revenue growth of 6% from May 1 to June 9, compared to a 12% growth in the same period a year ago. INDRA IDR.MC The company reported on Tuesday it had started a share buy-back programme for up to 9.9 million euros ($11.30 million). FAES FARMA FAE.MC Faes Farma said on Tuesday it signed a contract to buy Italy's SIFI for an enterprise value of 270 million euros. DURO FELGUERA MDF.MC Duro Felguera said on Tuesday that together with its subsidiaries it filed request for an extraordinary extension of negotiation period with creditors until July 31.
