Indra's chairman says the company's unit Minsait "is not for sale, though it does not mean we could not sell part of it, " Spanish newspaper Expansion reported late on Thursday.

The newspaper added Indra plans to buy an armoured vehicle assembly plant from Duro Felguera.

Telefonica TEF.MC TELEFONICA BRASIL VIVT3.SA

Telefonica Brasil said its shareholders approved stock split and reverse stock split deals.
