Nov 1 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday.

European energy companies, including Denmark's Orsted
ORSTED.CO , will likely write down more of their U.S. offshore
wind investments this week after BP BP.L and Equinor EQNR.OL

Britain's Virgin Media O2 on Tuesday said it had sold a
16.67% stake in its mobile towers joint venture Cornerstone to
GLIL Infrastructure, a partnership of UK pension funds, for

Separately, Saudi telecoms group STC 7010.SE has not
changed its plans to effectively raise its stake in Telefonica
to 9.9%, two sources familiar with the matter told Reuters,
following a Spanish newspaper report that it now only intended

Separately, Amancio Ortega, founder and largest shareholder
of Inditex, has declined a government proposal to take a stake
in Telefonica, Spanish online news website El Economista

Ferrovial's arrival on the U.S. stock market may not now
take place until early next year, the Spanish infrastructure
