Australia's Dusk Group jumps most in 5 weeks on Eroma Group acquisition

** Shares of fragrance products retailer Dusk Group  DSK.AX 
jump as much as 9.6% to A$3.20, set for their best session since
Nov. 12
    ** Co said it will purchase Eroma Group, a supplier of
candle making inputs for A$28 million ($20.10 million)

    ** Says deal will be highly EPS accretive from first year 
    ** Adds that Eroma owns the intellectual property to over
900 fragrance formulations, which will be beneficial to Dusk
