Australia's dorsaVi leaps on extending deal with QBE Australia

** Shares of wireless technology developer dorsaVi DVL.AX
rise as much as 20% to A$0.012, their best intraday session
since June 1
** Says it has extended its strategic agreement with QBE
Australia, the local unit of QBE Insurance QBE.AX for another

** Under the agreement, dorsaVi provides access to its
sensor technology for some of QBE's customers, which reduces the
risk of musculoskeletal injuries and ultimately reduces the
insurance claims QBE will pay out
** Original agreement was for 12 months

** DVL has lost half its value this year, as of last close
